Shipping Policies

• Domestic shipping is charged a flat rate of $9.25 to anywhere in the US whether you order $2.00 or $20,000.00 worth of product.
• All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
• In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after placement of order.
• We try very hard to keep all items in stock but have found that at times this is next to impossible.
• In the event an item is not in stock, you will be notified of the order status and estimated delivery date. If, at that time, you would like to change your order, you have the option to do so. Please contact us to do this.

International Orders

• For shipping overseas, please contact us for possible shipping options and quotes.

Warranties & Return Policy

• All warranty issues should be resolved through the manufacturer of the item.
• Returns must be authorized before shipment back to us. Please contact us to authorize a return.
• Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order.
• All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
